Women fly highest among outgoing commissioners

Article discusses what is happening to those European Commissioners who are leaving the European Commission after their term of office comes to an end.

This includes Margot Wallström, who will become UN Special Representative on Sexual Violence in Conflict, and Meglena Kuneva, who has been appointed head of the Bureau of European Policy Advisers (BEPA), the European Commission's in-house think-tank (subsequently, Meglena Kuneva turned down the post to focus on remaining a Bulgarian politician).
