Why Cameron should not forget about the EU budget

Ahead of the European Council summit 25-26 June 2015 at which UK Prime Minister David Cameron is set to make his opening pitch for EU reform, Open Europe's Pawel Swidlicki argues that he should not forget about the EU budget, the reform of which could save UK and EU taxpayers £187bn over seven years.
