White paper must ‘own up’ to the uncertainties of independence

Speaking at Aberdeen University on 22 November 2013, the Advocate General for Scotland, Lord Wallace of Tankerness QC, called on the Scottish Government to be frank in their white paper about the uncertainties of a ‘yes’ vote and about their capacity to deliver on the content. The white paper was published on 26 November 2013.
