Article reports that cities across Wales may qualify for a new wave of EU funding after a major report proposed rule changes governing development cash.

The Fifth report on economic, social and territorial cohesion published on the 10 November 2010 has calmed fears that European funding for Wales’ poorest regions is about to dry up. It also now seems unlikely that cash will stop coming to Wales directly and instead be administered by the UK Government.
