The European Commission requested a European consortium, lead by NEA (NL), to make an overview of the administrative and institutional framework put into place to monitor the EU-rail acquis in the European Union, the EEA and Switzerland. The final report (June 2005) contains information on e.g. the organisation of rail transport, the separation of essential functions as well as information on the main organisations involved in the Member States. This website seems to be updated after June 2005. |
