This table lists, in alphabetical order of the Member States and the Benelux, the most important national laws, regulations and decrees in the field of trade marks. Where available, there are hyperlinks to the electronic versions of these laws, regulations or decrees in their original languages as well as in any existing translations into any of the five languages of the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (OHIM). It should be noted that the electronic version accessed may not necessarily constitute the latest version of the legislative provision in question. A printed version of this document is also available free of charge from OHIM.
