The Welsh Assembly Government will play a full role in shaping the UK’s negotiating position to the needs of Wales and Welsh farming for the next round of change to the EU’s Common Agriculture Policy, Rural Affairs Minister Elin Jones announced 20 May 2008, following the publishing of the latest European Commission proposals to reform the Common Agricultural Policy.
