US and Russia to agree nuclear arms deal

	US President Barack Obama and Russian President Dmitry Medvedev agreed a new nuclear arms reduction treaty on the 26 March 2010 after months of negotiations. The deal replaces the 1991 Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty. The leaders formally signed the pact in Prague on 8 April 2010.
