US and EU urged to work together on merger deals

Report of the recommendations in a study by the International Competition Policy Advisory Committee, set up by the US Justice Department. The International Competition Policy Advisory Committee (ICPAC) was formed in November 1997 to address the global antitrust problems of the 21st Century.
