Two near misses and two Nos in euro tests

According to pro-euro Cabinet Ministers, two of the UK Chancellor's five economic tests to determine whether or not the time is right for the UK to enter the single currency have been failed by only a narrow margin. Apparently, there is a definite 'No' on a further two tests.
