Turkey hits back at Brussels over censure

The European Commission adopted the 2011 Enlargement Package on the 12 October 2011. This annual strategy document explains its policy on EU enlargement. It comprised a Strategy paper, an Opinion on the membership application by Serbia, a formal favourable Opinion on Croatia's accession and eight Progress Reports on the other candidate countries and potential candidates.

The current enlargement agenda covers the Western Balkans, Turkey and Iceland.
