The Irish Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform Deputy Dermot Ahern, on 24 February 2009, introduced the motion which related to the exercise of the opt-in by Ireland to the proposals from the European Commission for the recasting of the Dublin regulation and the Eurodac regulation. The Minister also introduced the draft EU Council decision on the European Criminal Records Information System, ECRIS. |
