Transport by sea. National and international intra-and extra-EU data 1997-2000.

This CD-ROM is a first edition. A new edition should be issued every year. It contains more than 9 million records of statistical data, miscellaneous documents and publications usually in 3 languages (German, English and French). This CD-ROM mainly reflects the work of the Statistics Transport Unit of Eurostat since 1997. It also contains some publications related to transport but issued by other Units of Eurostat (Environment, business, regional data, ...) and some publications issued by the European Commission, in particular by the Directorate General of Energy and Transport. This work relies on the European Statistical System which for transport statistics represents mainly the statistical Institutes and the Ministries of transport of the European Union member states.
