The Torino Process is a participatory review of progress in vocational education and training (VET) policy, launched in 2010 by the European Training Foundation (ETF), with the aim of building the capacities of national stakeholders in assessing the reform of VET. It is carried out every two years by all partner countries with the support of the ETF. |
