The rollback of transparency

Commentary feature. The writer discusses what is perceived as a general retreat from the openness and transparency developments in the EU of the past decade, but focuses, in particular on the European Investment Bank's (EIB) draft for a new transparency policy. The writer suggest this is a major setback from what has been gained since people first started campaigning for the bank to be more open.
