The OHIM's commitment to quality is now fully visible. For the first time, in April 2005, the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (OHIM) decided to inform in detail the outside world by publishing, on its website, information on key performance indicators and time standards for Community Trade Mark (CTM) procedures.
