The Northern Ireland Community Support Framework: Research project to examine ways of assessing the impact of the EU programmes on the section 75 groups. Final report

This report was submitted to the Northern Ireland Department of Finance and Personnel by 'Economic Research and Evaluation' in June 2005 and examines the impact of EU programmes on the nine groups specified in Section 75 of the Northern Ireland Act 1998. Section 75 places a statutory duty on public authorities to have due regard to the need to promote equality of opportunity.
