The Kosovo Human Rights Advisory Panel

This is a summary of an event held at Chatham House, London in January 2012.

The Kosovo Human Rights Advisory Panel was established in 2006 to investigate individual complaints of alleged human rights violations committed by or attributable to the United Nations Interim Administration in Kosovo. This event explored its activities, and examined both the objectives behind its establishment and the extent to which it could be said to fulfil those objectives.

The main speaker was Christine Chinkin, Professor of International Law, London School of Economics.
