Summary: Set of conclusions adopted by the Council of the European Union on 9 November 2021, concerning the future of the European Semester in relation to the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF). Further information: The conclusions follow up on the exchange of views ministers held at the ECOFIN meeting on 5 October on lessons learned from the 2021 European Semester and ways forward in the context of the RRF.
