The business case for diversity. Good practice in the workplace

The European Commission has launched a project to promote the Business Case for Diversity, funded through the Community Action Programme to combat discrimination. The project aims to support businesses and employers in their development of effective diversity programmes and encourage the exchange of experience and good practice between companies across the European Union. This report is a compendium of good practices that illustrate the business case for diversity. It was launched at a major European Conference on Workplace Diversity held on 28 and 29 November 2005 in Brussels.
