The United Kingdom Government is to introduce a Bill during the Autumn 2005 Parliamentary Session, which is expected to receive Parliamentary approval by summer 2006. The proposed Bill would make 'indirect incitement to commit terrorist acts' a criminal offence, and it would become a criminal act to go to a terrorist camp overseas or discover how to build a bomb through the internet.
