Swedish labour model at risk after ruling

The European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC) expressed its disappointment at an unexpected decision by the European Court of Justice (ECJ), December 2007, and its concern at the implications of the case for the Swedish (and certain other Nordic countries) systems of collective bargaining.
