Summary:

The first issue of year 2001 is an update of projects, applications, tools and services of a wide scope and orientation covering many aspects, projects and initiatives of Eurostat. The motive for this bulletin was the need to increase the awareness of all developments, sometimes rapid, in Eurostat activities relevant to statistic, telematic networks and EDI (STNE).
