Statement on The Gambia’s decision to retract its withdrawal notification from the Rome Statute

On the 17 February 2017, the European Union welcomeed the decision of the Republic of The Gambia to officially retract its withdrawal notification from the Rome Statute.

With this decision President Adama Barrow honoured a pledge made during the election campaign.
