Statement of EU Agriculture Spokesman Gregor Kreuzhuber

On the 08 September 2004, the European Commission confirmed that the WTO panel has sent its final report to the parties (the EU and Australia, Brazil and Thailand). The Commission would now carefully study the panel report as well as its options in this dispute. A decision on whether to appeal the panel report would be made in due course.
