The attack on the 10 January 2016 on an MSF health centre in Razeh district, northern Yemen, which resulted in several casualties and many wounded today was unacceptable. Parties to the Yemeni conflict must have respected the basic principles of International Humanitarian Law and refrained from deliberately targeting civilian infrastructures.
