Statement by Spokesperson on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Missile Technology Control Regime

On the 12 April 2017 the Spokesperson of the high representative made a statement concerning the Missile Technology Control Regime (MTCR). The spokesperson stated that the EU strongly supports the MTCR and other multilateral instruments that seek to limit the risks of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and their delivery systems. The European Union will continue to be a strong, consistent and reliable partner for those who believe that security comes through non-proliferation.
