Statement by High Representative Catherine Ashton on Guinea Bissau, Brussels, 1 April 2010

Catherine Ashton, the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the Commission, condemns in the strongest terms the measures taken in Guinea Bissau by some elements of the armed forces. They constitute an unacceptable breach of the constitutional order.
