Staff leaving EU diplomatic service amid bad working conditions

Article suggests that staff are leaving the newly created European External Action service (EEAS) due to bad working conditions and organisational issues. However, there was also the feeling that there were those in the European Commission and Council of the European Union from where many of the staff working in the EEAS came from did not want the EEAS to succeed.
