Speech: The EU, safeguarding the open internet for all

Text of a speech by Neelie Kroes, Vice-President of the European Commission responsible for the Digital Agenda, Guaranteeing Competition and the Open Internet in Europe, European Parliament, Brussels, 4 June 2013.

The EU will ban Internet service providers from manipulating and blocking access to certain websites according the EUObserver from the 12 June 2013.
