Speech by President Jean-Claude Juncker at the EP Plenary session on the review of the Dutch Presidency of the Council of the EU

Text of a speech by President Jean-Claude Juncker at the European Parliament Plenary session on the 5 July 2016 on the review of the Dutch Presidency of the Council of the EU,, from January to July 2016.

He mentioned that despite of the difficult circumstances, such as terrorist attacks in Europe or refugee crisis, the Dutch Presidency called on its best qualities in the time of need and contributed to shape the course of the Union in the years to come.
