Speech by High Representative/Vice-President Federica Mogherini to the African Union

European Union's High Representative for Foreign Policy Federica Mogherini spoke to diplomats from the African Union on 20 October 2015.

During her visit, Ms Mogherini also highlighted the need for reforms in Eritrea to take place, following the exodus registered from that country to Europe through the migration flows which created the refugee and migrant crisis.
