Speech by Federica Mogherini at this years Global Counter Terrorism Forum Ministerial Meeting

On the 21 September 2016, the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy / Vice-President of the European Commission delivered a speech at the Global Counter Terrorism Forum Ministerial meeting 2016 on the current security issues.

The aim of the Forum is to produce practical guidance and better measures how to tackle threat of the terrorism at internal and international level.
