Statement on the regional partnership by Benita Ferrero-Waldner, Austrian Federal Minister for Foreign Affairs, at the annual meeting of the Foreign Ministers of the Member States of the Central European Initiative, in Ohrid, 26 June 2002. The 'Regional Partnership' was established in June 2001 between 6 CEI-Countries: Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Austria. The other mentioned initiative concerns the Danube Cooperation Process which was launched on 27 May 2002 by the Foreign Ministers of 13 countries of the Danube river basin.
