Spanish EU Presidency – ‘Granada non-paper’ calls for stronger ENISA

A Paper published by the Spanish Presidency of the EU in April 2010, summarised key elements needed to implement the EU 2020 Strategy, including references to technologies and governance structures. In addition, it called for 'a reinforced European Network and Information Security Agency'.
