Spain and Portugal rule out rescue packages

Article reports that Spain and Portugal hurried to disassociate themselves from Ireland’s debt crisis in November 2010 saying their own fiscal problems could be solved without the kind of rescue package mooted for Ireland by the European Union and the International Monetary Fund.
