S&P upgrades Spain’s economic outlook / strips Netherlands’ AAA Rating

Standard & Poor's has decided to improve the economic outlook for Spain, while stripping the Dutch rating due to its poor economic performance.

Earlier in November 2013, the same agency had already downgraded France rating.
