Slovenia fears Kosovo partition

Report of comments by Dimitrij Rupel, the Foreign Minister of Slovenia. He said hostility between Serbs and ethnic Albanians could result in Kosovo’s de facto partition after the province’s expected declaration of independence from Serbia in 2008. Slovenia will be leading the EU Presidency for the period January-June 2008.
