Sixth annual report on the interaction with patients’ and consumers’ organisations (2012)

This report, prepared annually, provides a detailed summary of patients’ and consumers’ involvement with the European Medicines Agency (EMA) during 2012. A comparison to preceding years is given, potential areas for enhancement are proposed and future activities outlined. An analysis on the level of satisfaction of patients and consumers involved in the EMA’s work during 2012 is also presented.
