Six-montly report on Oireachtas scrutiny: 1st January to 30th June 2003

This report, published in accordance with the EU (Scrutiny) Act, provides an overview of draft EU legislative measures submitted by the Department of Communications, Marine and Natural Resources to the Oireachtas (National Parliament) Committee on European Affairs, together with a summary of developments in the European Union during the first half of 2003. The main areas covered by the report are telecommunications, broadcasting, fisheries, the marine environment and energy.
