Report by EurActiv of the Serbian reaction to the downgrading of the enlargement component within the European Commission headed by Jean Claude Juncker.

The announced pause in the admission of new EU member states during the 2014-2019 mandate of the EC did not reduce the membership prospects of the Western Balkan countries, according to Belgrade authorities.
