Security awareness management in local governments: Approaches in Scandinavia

This report is the result of a joint project by three members of the ENISA Awareness Raising (AR) Community. The purpose of the study was to gain more knowledge of how regions and municipalities in three Scandinavian countries, Denmark, Norway and Sweden, are currently working on information security management.
