The Sectorial Fishing Conference, presided by the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, Miguel Arias Cañete, on 2 January 2003, ratified the reprogramming of structural funds and of the specific action relating to Morocco in order to meet the needs of those affacted by the sinking of the oil tanker, the 'Prestige' in November 2002.
