Sarkozy’s populist mandate undermined

Report of the conclusions of a report originally commissioned by French President Nicolas Sarkozy and published on the 13 May 2009 on how the value created by companies and their profits are distributed in France. The report was compiled by Jean-Philippe Cotis, head of Insee, the French national statistics institute.
