Russian decision boosts Moldova’s EU entry prospects

During the talks between the Moscow’s foreign minister Sergei Lavrov and Moldova’s foreign minister Iurie Leanca on 29 March 2011, the Russian counterpart said that the country is ready to dismantle Cold War-era arms dumps in Moldova.

Also, EU Observer reports on the prospect of an end to the Transnistria conflict and boosting Moldova's chances of future EU accession.
