Russia keen to join EU in revamping Ukraine’s pipelines

Russian Ambassador to the EU Vladimir Chizhov told EurActiv on the 6 April 2010 that Russia welcomed recent proposals by the new Ukrainian government for a 'three-sided' plan to modernise Ukraine's gas pipeline network, with Moscow's involvement.
