Romania urged to deal with unwanted babies

If Romania fails to resolve its problem of child-abandonment, accession negotiations may grind to a halt. A draft report by the European Parliament's Foreign Affairs Committee shows that Romania is now officially ranked last of the 12 candidate countries in terms of what has yet to be achieved prior to accession.
