Romania PM to resign over reforms

Romanian Prime Minister Calin Popescu Tariceanu is to resign after the constitutional court blocked judicial reforms demanded by the European Union. According to Mr Tariceanu, the court's decision meant Romania would not now be able to join the EU on schedule in 2007.
