Romania PM reverses quit decision

Romania's prime minister, Calin Popescu Tariceanu, has reversed 20 July 2005 his decision to resign as the country looks to recover from heavy floods that have killed more than 20 people. He had announced his resignation earlier in July 2005 after the constitutional court blocked judicial reforms demanded by the EU.
