Review of the Working Methods of the European Court of Human Rights, December 2005 by The Right Honourable The Lord Woolf

The terms of reference for the Review were: To consider what steps can be taken by the President, judges and staff of the European Court of Human Rights to deal most effectively and efficiently with its current and projected caseload, and to make recommendations accordingly to the Secretary General of the Council of Europe and to the President of the Court.
